We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the room equipment, including the comfortable and luxurious bed. The cleanliness was exceptional and the hotel facilities were great, with free parking and a wonderful breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Additionally, the location is excellent - close to Parndorf outlet and easily accessible by transportation.

The hotel is conveniently situated for outings to the Parndorf outlet. the rooms are clean, comfortable and well-equipped. the beds are high and the pillows fluffy. the bathroom is also at a high standard with high-quality equipment. the breakfast is very enjoyable with a variety of options available. the hotel also offers free parking.
The service at the hotel could use some improvement in terms of friendliness and English language skills.

Had a great Easter break at this hotel! The breakfast was delicious and included a variety of options. The location was ideal for exploring the Burgenland region and visiting nearby vineyards. I really enjoyed the private parking and spacious rooms with comfortable beds.
The lack of English proficiency from some staff members made communication a bit difficult at times. the towels provided in the rooms were a bit worn out and could use an upgrade.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great idea. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which included a variety of options to start our day off right. the hotel's location was perfect for our needs, with easy access to local attractions and transportation options.

This place is amazing! We were truly impressed with the level of luxury and comfort this hotel offers. The room was beautifully equipped with top-notch furnishings, making us feel like we were in a high-end hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with large and small pillows that reminded us of a Kempinski hotel bed. The bathroom was equally impressive, with no details overlooked and no signs of low-quality equipment or unfinished elements. We highly recommend this place to everyone!
We appreciated the clean sheets and the availability of private parking, which is a rare find. The breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere during our stay was so relaxed.
